WRT600N, N-Only on 5GHz, 40MHz, channels are unselectable

Description
When set to N-Only, 40MHz wide channels, you cannot select any channels. Auto is the only option. A fix is needed so the channels operate in the same way as selecting NA-Only.

Apparently the NA-Only setting for w|1 is really N-Only. It appears the actual N-Only setting serves no purpose. See this thread:
