DIR-300 Very slow speed between wireless and lan.

As object, i use the latest buil (29/04/09) and also after a hard reset (http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Hard_reset_or_30/30/30) and the telnet command "erase nvram" the speed between wireless and lan clients is very very slow ! Also ping is very unstable and is not a pc problem (2 different workstation with different wireless card), I use WPA 2 AES with good signal.

Slow is 20 kbps and ping is very unstable. This problem is present only between wireless and pc connected using lan port. Now i have tried also without wireless encryption but same problem, router is in ap mode.

PS. WAN is disable and this command "ifconfig vlan2 down" it works well.
