USB 2.0 freezes on WRT350N

My router is a WRT350N and I'm using mini_usb build 12030M NEWD Eko (the lastest available so far) with a 750GB USB Hard Disk plugged on.

When I'm accessing data on my USB drive for a certain period of time, the USB port simply stops working. For example, If I'm copying a set of files from the router or watching a movie, it locks up. The router itself keeps working fine, forwarding packets to internet (even voice data) without any problem, but I'm not able to access the USB device (either via Samba share or SSH command line) until I restart the router.

I have never had this problem using USB 1.1 driver.
