l7filter match fail for QoS

Description
As described on this forum thread http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=52973 the 'ftp' rule for l7filter depends on the server ending his banner line (220 status) with 'ftp', what is not true for many of the current ftp servers. One solution would be use another match of the ones provided in the original ftp pattern at the l7filter protocols page.

i changed it now to the more precise pattern.

we use the original ftp pattern. in addition. if a ftp server does not return 220 it does not follow the rfc standard, so its no ftp server
