please remove overclocking option for WHR HP54G= not overclockable

Description

In routers where overclocking is not supported i.e. WRT600N, 310N, there is no dropdown.
WHR HP54G will go into endless reboot cycle if overclocking is attempted, so makes more sense to have the option removed for that particular router as well

I agree...it bricks WHR-G54S units also. I've tested both HP-G54 and G54S units...both provide same results...these Buf units just don't like anything other than 200MHz.
