Description
Here: http://www.linksysbycisco.com/CA/en/supportgplcode?gplsku=#WRT610N
Wrt610N have some new upnp stuff that may help resolve the current upnp implementation.
Currently my only bug I encounter occasionally, is that it seem the upnp daemon is jamming for a few sec after a query. I sadly have no easy reproducible behavior. it can happen from time to time. EX: 1 day I can open utorrent, and for a weird reason, it take a verrry long time to foward the ports and its possible utorrent may fail to do so. While under the time utorrent try to forward the port, I try to access the upnp from network manager in windows but it has become unresponsive. After a couple seconds, upnp seem in good healt again and is responsive

I can confirm this behaviour but every time the uPnP-daemon gets fixed it gets broken after less than a few builds...... Subsequent reports get ignored.... :(

Well I have suggested before, and will suggest now, totally new UPnP stack that should be perfect for DD-WRT, as it takes as little space and memory as possible. It's called MiniUPnPd and is available http://miniupnp.free.fr/ :)

I recommend Miniupnp too. But its up to the dev to decide.

MiniUPnPd breaks DMZ, I think.

Its sad if the developper dont care... UPnP is a must for my small company. This firmware give a lot of interesting thing but if UPnP is not near perfect I'll have to change :( Thanks anyway.

- Resolution set to worksforme
- Status changed from new to closed

When I mean : but it has become unresponsive I do not mean windows but the UPnP daemon in the router.
