Printing support for TP-Link WR-1043ND

Description
The TP-Link WR-1043ND router has a USB port but printing is not supported at the moment.
running dmesg | grep usb
it sees the printer: <6>usblp0: USB Bidirectional printer dev 4 if 0 alt 0 proto 2 vid 0x04A9 pid 0x10BC
