WHR-G300N - incorrect RSSI values

Description
In Status->Wireless and Site Survey, the displayed signal and RSSI-Values are not the Singnal-strength in dB, instead the signal qualtity in % from the driver is displayed.
thus, all from the rssi derived values (SNR, Signal Quality) are incorrect.

which is wrong. the driver does return the rssi values, depending on the operation mode the rssi values are more or less inaccurate. this is a common driver/hardware issue. the hardware itself returns bad values, especially in station mode. the ralink hardware does not provide good rssi based values.
