WAN type Static IP still checks gateway address

Description
When the WAN type is set to Static IP there is still javascript that checks the last octet of the gateway address and limits it to 0-254. A user just reported they have a 255.255.252.0 wan netmask and a gateway that is at a x.x.x.255 address that is a valid usable IP within the subnet.
