Wrt400n signal not recovering after wireless is reset

If wireless is reset for any reason for 2.4ghz or 5ghz the wireless resets as it should . The problem is the wireless signal strength for both 2.4ghz and 5ghz reconnects to wireless clients at a very low signal strength compared to what it was before wireless reset. Wireless strength remains as it is until the wireless channel for either 2.4ghz or 5ghz is changed. At this point Wireless signal strength goes back to what it was before.

Clearly not suppose to happen as power failures or minor software changes can knock out the wireless.

Seems there is a direct connection between ticket 1651 and this ticket.
