e2000 QoS issue

Description

router: e2000 software: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (04/13/11) big

issue: once i've added a new service in QoS then click apply/save, the add/edit service screen breaks and you can no longer add any new services in. also Port_Services.asp will then prevents the whole admin screen from working properly for a few minutes
