17990: Activating vap in client bridged mode breaks wireless function.

Description

Running in client bridged mode on TP-Link1043. Main Router is a AVM 6360. Everything is fine, until i create a VAP, regardless of VAP SSID, no changes to advanced options. Also noticeable, aside from the VAP problem: device is only reachable, when a wired client is attached.
