Description (last modified by thunderbolt)
Router: TP-link TL-WR1043ND v1.6
When turbo mode is selected in Channel Width (For NG-Mixed and N-Only wireless modes) and "Brazil" is selected in the regulatory domain field, the radio is killed. No device is able to find the network (even another 1043ND configured as client bridge), Wireless Channel under Status/Wireless? shows "unknown" and Rx/Tx? package account stays in 0 (for both).
Returning Channel Width to Full (20MHz) brings the radio back to life.
To make sure that the test was done without any interference from older settings, I erased nvram before and after the upgrade.

In my tests it was not necessary to create a VAP. Right after applying "Turbo" or "Dynamic" mode for wireless channel width the router stops broadcasting.

Same thing happening to me but only when I add a VAP.

After receiving a statement from another user that turbo mode was insdeed workink on his 1043ND, I decided to do some testing. I discovered that the issue only occus when "Brazil" is selected in the Regulatory Domain field. When I changed the value to "United_Kingdom_BWFC" the radio came back to life.

Fixed in r19327. Thanks devs!!

I think, this is duplicate to http://svn.dd-wrt.com:8000/ticket/2316. Wireless is only killed, when a virtual ap is activated WITH turbo/dynamic.
