WiFi Will Not Enable on DIR-615C1 and DD-WRT Build 19327

Description
This has actually been happening on every single firmware since 17201.
No matter what I try, either GUI or SSH to enable the WiFi?, it refuses to turn on. It will always say "Radio Off" or "Radio Disabled" and none of my devices can see or connect.
