Bonding causes kernel panic

Basically I have 2 Gateworks 2348's each with a XR2 & XR5. I am running v24 RC6.2 dated 2008-01-02 (svn 8743).

Both interfaces are running Half Channel(10Mhz) and are bonded together using broadcast as the bonding type. 1 is setup as a WDS AP, the other as WDS station. When trying to test the throughput of this bridge, I get a few errors, first is that I get duplicate packets on devices external to the DD-WRT boards, and second is a kernel panic when I try to test the full capabilities of the bridge (via iperf). Attached is the output of the kernel panic.
