Same hardware, same DD-WRT build, different outcome

Description

I have 2 TP-Link Archer C7 devices, both are EU v2 versions. Both are flashed from the same stock firmware to DD-WRT v3.0-r30731 std (10/06/16) using this way:

Stock firmware ---> reset factory defaults --> factory-to-ddwrt.bin --> erase nvram --> tplink_archer-c7-v2.bin --> erase nvram

The "good" Archer boots and is fully functional in 30ish seconds. The "bad" Archer boots in more than 90ish seconds, it takes a 15ish seconds more before the webinterface is active and can be reached.

Attached are clean log files.

Removed the complete log file before rebooting the devices so it only contains boot info.

Just flashed "30805 - 2016/10/27". Same issues with the one Archer. Boot times above 90 seconds...

I can confirm I have the same issue on my TPLINK ARCHER-C7 v2 from Canada. My router boots in 45 seconds on r30082, while r30826 takes 2 minutes.

I can confirm this behavior as well. I have tried clean install two separate occasions but no joy.

I'm on Archer C7 V2. On r29974 the webui shows in 0 minutes which is okay. Whereas r30880 webui loads at 2 mins up-time. Even the webui pages load with a little delay.

I have attached the logs for r29974 and r31277. The first loads very fast. The second takes time. If I turn it on and ping it continuously, some pings have big numbers, and finally it "starts" and I can load the webui. I could provide any additional info like serial output if needed.

I clean installed r31924 and the long boot time is no more. I have attached the working syslog messages_r31924 .txt
