Channels combo-box refresh problem

Description
With avila gw234x devices, when you change wireless properties to the devices (regulatory, outband, turbo mode, and so on) the combo-box is not refreshed correcly, and you must save + apply, go to another page and return to wireless basic page and the combo-box is refreshed now.

i know, the channel stuff etc. uses its data directly from the driver which must be restarted with the new settings first
