syslog - wrong timestamp

After setting my time settings successfully (see screenshot) syslog shows a wrong timestamp on each logged message.

I can confirm that a "date" command issued via ssh returns the correct time though.

restarting syslog using "startstop syslog" fixes the problem until the next reboot

root@DD-WRT:~# date
Sun Apr  9 23:04:44 CEST 2017
root@DD-WRT:~# startstop syslog
root@DD-WRT:~# cat /tmp/var/log/messages
