Since I think I understand what this request was, and am running into the same problem -- here's a clarification:
This page lays out a great tutorial on how to set up different IP ranges for different groups (SSID) of wireless clients. http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Multiple_WLANs
However, once you do that, only some things seem to be configurable to the secondary range of IP addresses. (that is, the one that doesn't begin with a prefix matching the router). That page includes instructions on setting up IP tables for the new WLAN, but there doesn't seem to be a way to set up "Access Restrictions" (one of the main tabs in the interface) that apply to the new WLAN. (or, as the original poster called it, the other range of IP addresses).
In particular, if you click on "Edit list of clients", it prefills the first three numbers of the IP address. I tried putting in a mac address, but the restriction still didn't apply. I then tried applying a static IP address to the computer in question, but since it's on a separate WLAN, it ignored that setting also.
That said, it appears that the basic problem is: although you can set up multiple DHCP IP ranges, there is no obvious way to configure them all. I would like to know if it's even possible at all?
