PPTPD bcrelay not running

Description
The bcrelay process that repeats multicast traffic across a pptp vpn link seems to not be running when using pptpd in the newer Eko TNG builds. I can confirm that this seemed to be running with v23 SP2. The process would show up in top and ps (and occasionally use a lot of cpu time). It doesn't seem to run at all in the newer Eko TNG builds and I am unsure if multicast traffic is being repeated. I can confirm that the pptpd conf file has the entry "bcrelay br0" though. So I am unsure why this isn't running by default like older builds. I sent a pm to Eko a while back and he said he would take a look, but I never heard back. Can someone confirm this problem?
