692	bcrelay cause high CPU usage in heavy P2P usage	fatoil	somebody	"I have post this problem once in bugtracker, but I would like to post it here also.

I am running SVN 10509 MEGA with PPTP server enabled on an Asus WL-500gP V2. Everything is running fine except during heavy P2P usage, the CPU usage almost hit 100% and bcrelay used most of the CPU usage when DL/UL speed reach around 2.5 MByte/s. This also mean that my router throughput is now capped at 2.5 MByte/s

This is different from previous builds as the CPU peak at 100% only when the DL/UL speed reach 4 MBytes/s.

I have searched on the web about bcrelay and found bcrelay is used to forward broadcast packet to VPN clients, so that this problem is related to PPTP server.

I would like to ask, is there anyone enabled PPTP server on their routers and experience the same problem?"	closed	duplicate
