My Ad Network will kill httpd process

Description

This bug is found in build 11514 and can be reproduced by clicking on Services -> My Ad Network. It will result with almost blank page with outlines and no content.

The httpd process will sometimes die and the telnet console will result with the following error:

httpd: can't resolve symbol 'showOptionsChoose'

Confirmed....locks up my WGR614Lv8 unit running mini build.
