presentation url in uPnP doesn't respect settings of the webserver

Description

When the webserver is running on another port then 80, the presentation url is wrong. I can only assume it's wrong as well when https only is enabled.

This was fixed in a previous version, but uPnP has now been replaced.

In the previous version it also didn't respect the setting made in "Send presentation URL" but I did not test this now.
