Asus routers in status page as Linksys

In the status page it says "Linksys WRT54G/GL/GS" although it's an Asus WL-500G Premium.

nvram get hardware_version says "WL500gp-01-01-00-00" The same goes for the WL-520GU

It would be nice if it would report the proper hardware.

I really have no idea how the "Linksys" came into my variables. To make sure I'm not giving wrong info I put my WDS-router into factory default before getting all the vars. I had the problem on my WAN-router which I don't have physical access to. If I put it into factory default I lose my access.
