uPnP daemon is rotten.

Description
Many users has experienced that the uPnP daemon stops working after a while. I can deliberately crash it by requesting uPnP info from the router - info which the daemon can not handle. The uPnP test program then reports "Transport channel error 0x8000xxxx" and the daemon dies at the same time. I have enclosed screenshots from Eko builds 11482 and 11650, the former using the good old daemon and the latter using the rotten daemon.
The rotten daemon, when running, does among other things report the WAN as being down when it actually is up. I suggest reverting back to the old daemon.

You are talking about 2 uPnP daemons, but there were 3. The one that's been in for a long time, the previous one which existed only a few builds and this one.
Anyone, please correct me when I'm wrong.
For the complaints itself. I'm experiencing the same and already made a ticket.
Please repair. It's giving me headaches!

Why does the latest daemon reset every 5 minutes?

- Resolution set to fixed
- Status changed from new to closed

I can add that I have been using uPnPTest from www.noelde.com, the best testprogram I have been able to find so far. The folder My Network places shows how Windows XP only see a router and and not a gateway device under build 11650.
