1146	Allow NTP to actually function well as intended	poundjd	Sombody	The NTP documentation stresses that to keep accurate time, the NTP client must monitor several systems.  They suggest that 4-7 is the absolute minimum, and suggests that monitoring as many as 10 is reasonable.  A NTP client that is going to be an NTP Server as well should keep tabs on several exterior NTP servers and peer with as many internal NTP servers as needed.  For large deployments that may be be as many as 10 Servers and 10 Peers.  Each of the Peer Servers should have as many as 10 servers that it monitors most of which should be different than all of its other peers.\r\nSo what would be good is to have up to 10 Server Slots, and up to 10 Peer Slots to enter NTP server names into.\r\n\r\nAlso NTP V4 is much better than earlier versions.	enhancement	new	minor	milestone1	component1	2.0		NTP
